El Cielito Residence

Another custom home, this contemporary Mediterranean project was a Tea Fire rebuild. The project was designed to maximize the ocean views and to take advantage of the natural site-scape. The site is steep and so to bolster the success of the architecture the house is stepped to replicate the natural hillside.
